Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, delivering fast and friendly service while keeping operations running smoothly. We have both morning and evening shifts available for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. We are offering full-time positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ringing Sales: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately.
- Food Preparation: Prep and maintain fresh food and beverage stations (such as coffee, hot foods, and roller items) throughout your shift.
- Stocking: Restock shelves, coolers, and display units to ensure products are fully available and organized.
- Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters, and managing waste.
- Customer Service: Greet every customer warmly and verify legal identification for age-restricted product sales.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Prior work experience in retail sales or the food and beverage industry.
- POS Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating a cash register or Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Dependability: Highly reliable with a strong commitment to punctuality for scheduled morning or evening shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine stocking and cleaning duties.
Pay: From $18.42 per hour
