Consultant, Services Project/Program Management
It takes something special to drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. That’s a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk projects - from design to delivery.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Consultant, you will design PM artifacts, analyze performance, and support integrated plans across streams. You will partner with finance and operations to align scope, schedule, and budgets.

- Analyze PM data and trends to support integrated plans.
- Build and maintain tools (dashboards, templates, trackers).
- Coordinate submissions and validations across streams.
- Communicate insights and follow-ups to stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

12+ years of related experience

PM design and analysis experience across modalities.

Asset creation (dashboards, templates, trackers).

Clear communication and stakeholder management.

Understanding of dependency and change principles.
Desirable Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field

PMP/PRINCE2; Agile/SAFe; experience building PM dashboards and templates.
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is USD 154700 - USD 200200.
