Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Nursing certificate with a local Registered Nurse License and Occupational Health (OH) nurse certificate.

- 2 years of experience working in an Employee Health Management capacity.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with HR policies and practices, state and federal employment laws, and compliance guidelines.

- Experience working both independently and in a team environment.

- Advanced knowledge of nursing techniques, anatomy, occupational medicine, industrial hygiene and occupational safety.

- Ability to think strategically while managing details.

- Ability to establish relationships across worldwide time zones via email and video calls.

- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

- Plan and implement labor health protection matters, including education, awareness raising and health guidance. Provide first aid, emergency treatment and health consultation.

- Maintain the records of occupational injury and diseases and assist in the investigation of on-site injuries and document.

- Identify and evaluate potential health and safety precautions at the workplace.

- Promote an employee's healthy lifestyle and well-being through teaching and providing awareness.

- Collaborate with members of the Benefits and wider People Operations team on local and regional projects.
