Reflection Living is a family owned company looking to add a nurse manager to the team to oversee two home plus homes located in west Wichita. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organized, work well autonomously and as part of a team, and have a passion for leading teams and providing high quality care to our residents. Job Qualifications

- Current LPN or RN license with a minimum of 2 years nursing experience (required).

- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

- Must possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively motivate and lead teams.

- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.

- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of position, including difficult situations.

- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude

- Must be able to handle tough or difficult conversations with staff, residents, families, etc.

- Must be good at conflict resolution

- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high level of accountability.

Job Responsibilities

- The nurse manager will independently manage two home plus settings (up to 12 residents per home).

- Maintain high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance within the homes through regular rounding, oversight, and assistance with care when needed.

- Supervise and mentor care staff, including certified medication aides (CMAs) and certified nursing aides (CNAs).

- Participate in recruitment, hiring, orienting, and training of staff, including ongoing educational efforts for existing staff.

- Staff performance evaluations and ability to provide constructive feedback when expectations are not met.

- Foster a positive work environment and motivate and lead teams effectively.

- Responsible for the development and implementation of individualized care plans based on each resident’s needs according to state regulations.

- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively for order input, documentation and reporting.

- Communication and collaboration with outside providers.

- Other duties as assigned
