Full-Time
Pay: $85,000 – $120,000 per year
- Base: $32,500 – $40,000 + Commission
- OR 100% Commission Option (Uncapped Earnings)
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative / National Account Executive to drive B2B sales in the Construction Industry. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in presenting, closing, and managing client relationships. Candidates will prospect from a list secured from our Marketing Department. Partner Media works with Builders, Trade/Vendor Partners & National Product Manufacturers offering social, digital & print media packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person presentations to pre-qualified leads and close in the field
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records for leads, opportunities, sales, accounts receivables and current accounts
- Stay current on market and media trends
Qualifications
- 4+ years of outside sales / B2B sales experience (required)
- Proven success in closing deals and hitting quotas
- Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and relationship building
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Valid driver’s license
Travel & Schedule
- Travel: 50%
- Must be able to travel 11 consecutive nights per month / or Monday - Friday every other week
- Monday–Friday + 1 weekend/month / or Monday - Friday two weeks per month - not consecutive weeks
- Remote flexibility: 2 weeks/month
