Duties
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning tools to address real-world challenges.
- Implement unsupervised learning algorithms for data mining and predictive modeling analysis to uncover hidden patterns and insights.
- Manage large-scale data pipelines using ETL processes, Talend, Hadoop, Spark, and SQL databases to ensure high-quality data for model training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems using Java, Python, R, and C for seamless deployment.
- Optimize AI models for scalability and performance on cloud platforms like AWS Machine Learning Cloud Services while ensuring robust model evaluation and statistical analysis.
- Develop natural language processing applications for text analytics and conversational AI leveraging generative AI techniques.
- Conduct statistical modeling and analysis using SAS, R, and statistical analysis tools to support research initiatives.
- Design database schemas with best practices in database design to support efficient data retrieval for analytics purposes.
- Utilize big data systems such as Hadoop and Spark implementation to process vast datasets efficiently.
- Support model deployment strategies ensuring continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of AI models in production environments.
Experience
- Proven experience in developing AI solutions with a strong background in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud-based machine learning services on AWS or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work with big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and ETL tools such as Talend.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, R, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA or similar scripting languages for automation and integration tasks.
- Experience designing scalable SQL databases and implementing data mining techniques for large datasets.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, and predictive modeling analysis is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools like SAS or R for research-driven insights.
- Understanding of AI implementation strategies including model training, evaluation, deployment, and scalability considerations.
- Background in data analytics combined with experience in machine learning/AI-based analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Exposure to quantum engineering concepts or advanced big data systems is a plus but not required.

Pay: $116,086.88 - $160,803.55 per year
