Shift Managers are an integral part of the restaurant management team. Shift Managers provide direction, training and the expertise required to ensure the customer's expectations are exceeded and each shift they oversee achieves its business goals. We are looking for experienced Fast-Food Shift Leaders who are looking to move-up to the next level as we are rapidly expanding.
Pay: $16 - $19 hour
Key Responsibilities.
Supervising and Coaching: Leading team members, providing guidance, and coaching on operational standards and customer service expectations.
- Managing Operations: Ensuring the smooth flow of restaurant activities, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent guest service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintaining Standards: Adhering to company policies and procedures, including food safety, quality control, and sanitation.
- Cash Handling: Managing cash transactions, balancing cash drawers, and preparing deposits.
- Staff Management: Assigning duties, monitoring attendance, and addressing staff concerns.
- Training: Training new and current team members on various tasks and responsibilities.
- Additional Duties: Depending on the specific restaurant, Shift Leaders may also be responsible for tasks like scheduling, inventory management, and handling customer complaints.
