Culligan of Missoula is looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team as a Route & Service Technician.
This is a swing position combining both route delivery and service work. Depending on the needs of the business, some days will be spent running a delivery route and other days assisting with service, installation, and maintenance of Culligan water treatment equipment.
Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour + 3% commission/incentive to start, with the opportunity to increase to 4%. Not Selling Required
What You’ll Do
On route days, you will deliver bottled water, salt, and other Culligan products to residential and commercial customers. A typical route can involve delivering 100+ five-gallon water bottles per day, with each bottle weighing approximately 43 pounds.
On service days, you will help install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service water softeners, drinking water systems, and other Culligan equipment. We will provide training on our equipment and procedures.
This is a hands-on, physical position. Applicants must be physically fit and comfortable repeatedly lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading 43-pound water bottles throughout the workday.

Experience with delivery routes, plumbing, mechanical work, equipment service, construction, or similar hands-on work is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Important
This is not a light-duty driving position. Route days are physically demanding and can involve moving more than 100 five-gallon bottles in a day.
