Hiring Location: Hyderabad only
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a dedicated Vulnerability Remediation POD focused on reducing Critical and High security vulnerabilities across enterprise Salesforce applications. The role involves security remediation, secure Salesforce development, vulnerability management, and platform modernization while ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards and remediation SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
Security Remediation
- Analyze, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities identified through Snyk, PMD, Salesforce Security Center, Checkmarx, SonarQube, and related tools.
- Perform root cause analysis and impact assessments.
- Remediate vulnerabilities in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, APIs, integrations, authentication, and authorization layers.
- Ensure compliance with remediation SLAs and enterprise security standards.
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Upgrade vulnerable packages, dependencies, and third-party integrations.
- Implement secure coding best practices and performance optimizations.
Collaboration & Governance
- Partner with Security, Architecture, QA, Product, and Application teams.
- Participate in vulnerability triage, sprint planning, and remediation governance.
- Create remediation documentation and technical design artifacts.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk-management activities.
Quality & Deployment
- Develop and execute unit tests.
- Support CI/CD deployments and production releases.
- Validate security fixes and ensure no regression issues.
- Participate in post-deployment verification and support activities.
Required Experience
- 5-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience developing enterprise-scale Salesforce applications.
- Proven experience remediating security vulnerabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security architecture and secure coding practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API security.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
