Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager
Company: Rainbow International School, Thane, Maharashtra
Work Schedule: 9am to 6pm(6 Days a Week)
Experience Required: 6–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with the school's brand and admissions goals.
- Drive admissions marketing end-to-end — from lead generation to inquiry conversion — in close coordination with the admissions team.
- Plan and manage lead generation and admissions campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with SEO and other relevant channels.
- Own social media strategy and execution across major platforms — content scheduling, community engagement, and brand building.
- Plan and execute campaign and event promotions (school events, admissions drives, achievements) across digital and social channels.
- Plan and implement ATL and BTL marketing initiatives to build brand visibility both online and within the local community.
- Manage the school's career page and handle updates/postings via WordPress.
- Own budget management for digital marketing spends — allocating budgets across channels/campaigns, tracking spend vs. results, and identifying where to invest more or cut back for optimal ROI.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5–7 members, assigning responsibilities and reviewing performance.
- Handle and maintain the CRM system for lead tracking, follow-ups, and admissions pipeline management.
- Create and manage content calendars in coordination with academic and administrative teams to showcase school events, achievements, and programs.
- Monitor and analyze performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies/vendors as required.
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for school leadership.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or digital marketing certification is preferred.
- 7–10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in education, service, or consumer industries.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, paid campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and social media marketing.
- Hands-on proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in content strategy, online branding, and lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for parents, students, and the wider community.
- Creative thinker with strong presentation abilities.
- Proven experience managing and leading a team of 5–7 members.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools for lead and admissions pipeline management.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress for website/career page updates and content management.
- Experience with budget planning and allocation across digital campaigns, with a strong sense of ROI-driven spend decisions.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Replit) is a plus.
- Prior experience in education, schools, or child-focused brands is an advantage.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Qualifications & Skills

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
