Job Summary
We are hiring freshers for our Ahmedabad office. Who wants to build a career in digital marketing, influencer marketing, brand management, or the creator economy. Selected candidates will go through a comprehensive training program covering all three departments: Operations, Sales, and Campaign Management.
No prior experience is required. We train you from scratch.
Training & Placement Process:
- All selected executives undergo a structured multi-department training program:
- Operations Training: Creator relationship management, brand communications, deliverable tracking
- Sales Training: Brand outreach, pitching, proposal writing, deal closure, CRM basics
- Campaign Management Training: End-to-end campaign planning, creator briefing, content review, performance reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal (Mandatory)
- Interest in social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or content creation
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated with a learning mindset and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
