The team's main objective is to provide global support on SAP issues and collaborate to identify opportunities and support implementing solutions across Procurement, Planning, Logistics and Compliance functions.

Candidate Qualification
Relevant Experience and Minimum # of Years/ Months
4-8 Years experience
Domain: SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling)
Must lead the team also for other module.
Domain Experience in Years/Months: 2 years
Role & Responsibilities
Implementation and Configuration:
- Leading the implementation of SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling)
- Configuring the SAP system to meet the specific financial and accounting needs of the client’s business.
- This includes setting up General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), Asset Accounting (AA), and other relevant components.
Business Analysis and Process Improvement:
- Analyzing the client’s existing financial processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Designing and implementing new or optimized processes within the SAP FICO framework.
- Bridging the gap between business requirements and technical SAP solutions.
Customization and Development:
- Customizing the SAP FICO system to meet unique client requirements that may not be covered by standard configurations.
- Developing custom reports, Dashboards, interfaces, and enhancements in collaboration with Client’s SAP team
Testing and Support:
- Conducting thorough testing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the SAP FICO system.
- Providing ongoing support to end-users, including training and troubleshooting.
Project Management:
- Managing SAP FICO projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborating with other consultants and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Additional Responsibilities
- Data Migration: Overseeing the migration of financial data from legacy systems to SAP.
- System Upgrades: Planning and executing SAP FICO system upgrades
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of SAP FICO configurations and processes.
- Training: Developing and delivering training materials for end-users.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Key Skills
- Deep understanding of SAP FICO modules: Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and how they are applied in SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to resolve any record or document discrepancies
- Business process knowledge: Ability to understand and analyze business processes across different industries.
- Configuration expertise: Hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO modules.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with Programme Managers and colleagues.
