Verizon Representative Responsibilities:
- Build genuine rapport with customers by providing friendly, courteous, and professional service at our interactive event marketing campaigns.
- Engage with consumers directly in a fast-paced retail and community event environment to drive brand awareness.
- Find the perfect solutions for customers by educating them on available services and exciting sales promotions.
- Reach and exceed personal and business production goals alongside supportive upper management.
- Discover great opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional premium products and services offered by our clients during live events.
- Team up with management, customer service associates, and retail sales teams to stay updated on new products, services, or policy changes.
- Represent our clients with high integrity by complying with all company-mandated policies and procedures.
Verizon Representative Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or event sales in a high-volume environment is great, but we love training our next Verizon Representative!
- Excellent organizational skills and planning abilities for structured retail and event environments.
- The ability to adapt and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Clear, effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex details simply.
- Exceptional active listening skills and the knack for asking great probing questions.
- An enthusiastic, ambitious, and charismatic personality that helps you connect with others as an Verizon Representative.
- The ability to comfortably build rapport with customers of all different personalities.
- High School Diploma or GED required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred!
- Reliable transportation is a must to get to work and event locations safely!

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,850.00 per month
