(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner with solid experience in IT solution development. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring that digital transformation solutions (enterprise applications, fintech, ERP, or SaaS platforms) are well-defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, translating requirements into actionable user stories, and driving the product lifecycle from ideation to release.

Lead end-to-end solution architecture and system design for AI-driven products, with a strong focus on GenAI adoption and AI-DLC (AI Development Lifecycle) practices.

Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business problems and translate them into scalable AI/GenAI solution architectures and technical specifications.

Define overall system architecture (data flow, integration, model orchestration, APIs, infrastructure) ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Design and validate GenAI use cases (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems, automation pipelines) aligned with business objectives and real-world constraints.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement architecture design, ensuring alignment with best practices in cloud (Azure/AWS), MLOps, and integration platforms.

Drive technical decision-making on AI frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., LLM providers, vector DBs, orchestration frameworks).

Ensure integration of AI systems with enterprise platforms (ERP, HR systems, CRM, payment systems) and existing IT landscape.

Define and monitor AI system performance metrics (accuracy, latency, cost, adoption, ROI) and continuously optimize solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on AI architecture, GenAI patterns, and system design.

Must have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
-
3+ years in Solution Architecture / System Design / Technical Leadership.
-
- 1 year experience in Gen AI adoption projects and understanding of AI DLC.

Strong expertise in system design, APIs, data flow, and integration architecture, Gen AI development orientation.

Hands-on experience with GenAI solutions (LLM, RAG, prompt design, automation).

Experience integrating with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HR, SaaS…).

Ability to translate business needs into end-to-end technical architecture.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.

Fluent in English & Vietnamese.

Nice to have:

Product Owner or Scrum Master certification (CSPO, PSM).

Experience in system integration projects (Gen AI Solutions, APIs, cloud platforms).

Experience in fintech, banking, DX solutions, or e-commerce environments.

Strong understanding of MVP mindset, prioritization, and iterative product delivery.
