What You'll Do:
As a Qualified Professional, you'll support individuals receiving Innovations Waiver and State Funded Services by:
- Advocating for the people we serve and helping them achieve their goals
- Developing and monitoring individualized service plans
- Providing guidance and supervision to direct support staff
- Participating in ISP meetings and collaborating with families and care teams
- Ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and quality service delivery
- Building strong community partnerships and serving as a resource for stakeholders

Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related human services field and 2 years of full-time IDD experience; or
- Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and 4 years of full-time IDD experience; or
- Master's degree in a related human services field and 1 year of full-time IDD experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment. Additionally, our 401(k) plan becomes available after 12 months of employment.
