Position Overview:
Beam is looking for a highly energetic and motivated Supply Chain SAP Co-op to join our growing Supply Chain team, from January through June 2027. This role will support initiatives that make supply chain processes easier to understand, execute, and sustain through clear process mapping and engaging SAP training content. The co-op will help develop user-friendly resources that improve process efficiency and upskill SAP users while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and maintenance of supply chain process maps using Microsoft Visio to help users better understand and execute key processes.
- Support the review of existing SAP training materials and transform lengthy training content into concise, user-friendly instructional videos and job aids to improve user efficiency and knowledge.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and other cross functional teams to gather process information and ensure training and process documentation accurately reflects current processes.
- Participate in organizing and maintaining SAP training materials and process documentation to improve accessibility and usability for cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a BA or MA degree in supply chain management, business, operations, industrial engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and tools, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems and experience with Microsoft Visio or process mapping preferred.
- Experience creating presentations, training materials, instructional content, or videos preferred.
- Interest in supply chain, business processes, or enterprise systems.
- This role follows a hybrid work schedule and requires onsite attendance 4-5 days per week
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a degree-granting college or university program and maintain their student status throughout the duration of the internship to be eligible.
Hourly pay will will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
Co-op Hourly Pay Range
$23—$34 USD
