Your tasks:
- Ensuring maximum equipment availability by coordinating maintenance activities, prioritizing corrective actions, and supporting maintenance technicians in resolving technical issues on production equipment and plant facilities

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations

Leading complex root cause analysis activities for equipment failures and recurring technical problems, developing and implementing sustainable corrective actions

Programming, commissioning, maintaining, and optimizing PLC systems and associated automation equipment, including hardware, peripherals, and machine interfaces
-
Planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring all maintenance work is properly documented within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS/SAP PM)

Serving as the technical expert and mentor for the maintenance team, providing guidance, coaching, and hands-on support while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices

Coordinating maintenance activities with production, engineering, and external service providers, including contractor oversight, technical support for equipment installations, and verification of completed work

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, quality performance, energy consumption, and maintenance processes

Assisting in equipment procurement and industrialization projects through specification development, technical evaluation of supplier proposals, equipment acceptance, and commissioning support

Promoting and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, housekeeping, and quality standards, maintaining a safe and organized work environment while supporting plant regulatory requirements
Your qualifications:
- Associate Degree, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation Technology, or a related field

5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment, including troubleshooting and repair of automated production equipment

Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills (Siemens preferred), with experience in commissioning and optimizing automated systems

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Experience with SAP PM and knowledge of ISO 14001, TS 16949, and OSHA requirements
