We are looking for an Web Analytics Specialist (m/f/d) in Prag, Czech Republic.

Your Tasks

The Web Analytics Specialist is responsible for supporting website and app analytics implementation, ensuring accurate data collection and assisting with analytics-related requests across multiple countries as part of a central team. The role also supports the CRO activities with data-led insights to identify, prioritize and evaluate A/B testing opportunities.

The role focuses on tracking implementation, tag management, troubleshooting, standard reporting support and analytics enablement for the CRO experimentation roadmap.

- Own the end-to-end tracking infrastructure across websites and mobile apps (including Shopify)

- Implement and maintain both client side and server-side tracking solutions using Google tag manager (GTM) and server-side setups (Stape, Google Cloud Platform)

- Configure and optimize GA4 for both web and app tracking (including Firebase-based app analytics)

- Set up and manage tracking for paid marketing channels including

- Google ads (conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, remarketing)

- Meta Pixel and conversion API

- Other platforms (TikTok, etc.)

- Ensure reliable and compliant data collection through proper Consent Management Platform (CMP) implementation (GDPR/ePrivacy)

- Develop, automate and maintain dashboard and reports using Power BI and Looker Studio

- Partner with the CRO specialist to analyze customer journeys, funnel performance and user behavior, translating insights into clear hypotheses and opportunities for A/B testing.

- Support the prioritization and measurement of the CRO experimentation roadmap by assessing expected impact, defining test KPIs and success criteria, and analyzing test results to provide actionable recommendations.

Your Profile

- 3+ years of experience in web/app analytics and digital tracking.

- Strong hands-on experience with

- Google analytics 4(GA4)

- Google tag manager (Client side & Server-side)

- App tracking implementations (Firebase, SDK based tracking, Shopify tracking implementations)

- Experience with paid media tracking especially

- Google ads (Conversion tracking)

- Meta Pixel / Conversions API

- Experience with Big Query and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for data processing and storage

- Server-side tracking (e.g. Stape, GCP -based setups)

- Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and GDPR-related data privacy requirements.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Looker Studio

- Solid understanding of data Layers, events, conversions and tracking architecture

- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, cookies and browser tracking limitations (e.g. ITP)

- Good understanding of CRO principles, including:

- conversion funnels, hypothesis development, experimentation frameworks, A/B test design, KPI definition, interpretation of test results.

- Ability to turn quantitative insights into practical testing recommendations and collaborate effectively with a dedicated CRO specialist, eCommerce teams and other stakeholders.
