We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and own the model lifecycle from baseline to production rollout.

Experience: 3+ years applied ML experience with deployed models
What you'll do:
- Own the model lifecycle from baseline to production rollout.
- Set up drift detection, retraining triggers, and rollback paths.
- Work with delivery pods to convert labelled data into measurable accuracy gains.
- Document experiments and publish reproducible training recipes.
Tech We Use:
- PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Computer Vision (detection, segmentation, OCR)
- MLOps: MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes
- Feature stores and model monitoring
- SQL and Spark for large-scale data prep
