About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who have a strong interest in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, headhunting, and talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a confident personality, and a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare candidate sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct headhunting and proactive candidate sourcing for various IT positions.
- Search and identify relevant candidates based on job descriptions and required technical skills.
- Review and shortlist resumes according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening of candidates.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, communication, notice period, salary expectations, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Stay updated with current IT hiring trends and effective sourcing techniques.
Required Skills
- Good English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing, headhunting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Confident in speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to work with targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment data.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
