Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) is seeking a Procurement Compliance Specialist to support our highly regulated global supply chain. In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to sourcing and business teams, helping ensure compliance with government contracting requirements, export controls, supplier cybersecurity obligations, and other critical regulatory requirements. You will play an integral role in mitigating risk, protecting customer relationships, and enabling successful execution of aerospace and defense programs.

Our Team

The Procurement Compliance Specialist is part of the Global Procurement & Supply Chain organization and partners closely with Sourcing, Contracts, Trade Compliance, Information Security, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, and Legal teams. This position supports strategic initiatives that strengthen supplier compliance, enhance supply chain resilience, and protect the integrity of our Aerospace & Defense business.

What You Will Do

-
Partner with sourcing and business teams to ensure supplier compliance with government contracting, regulatory, cybersecurity, and customer contractual requirements.

Interpret contract flow-down requirements and translate them into actionable supplier obligations and compliance processes.

-
Lead supplier compliance activities related to CMMC, DFARS cybersecurity requirements, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Federal Contract Information (FCI), and Controlled Defense Information (CDI).

Support compliance with export control regulations, including ITAR, EAR, sanctions, licensing requirements, supplier screening, and controlled technical data handling.

Monitor and assess supply chain risks related to critical materials, specialty metals, long-lead components, and sole-source suppliers while supporting mitigation strategies.

Coordinate supplier certifications, representations, attestations, corrective actions, and compliance documentation to maintain audit readiness.

Support internal, customer, and government audits, including corrective action management and compliance reporting.

Assist with administration of Small Business Subcontracting Plans, utilization reporting, and supplier development initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen supplier performance and reduce operational, cybersecurity, and compliance risks.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

-
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Compliance, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

-
Experience supporting procurement, supplier compliance, contracts administration, government contracting, or supply chain operations within a regulated environment.

-
Working knowledge of government acquisition regulations, including FAR and DFARS requirements.

-
Familiarity with export control regulations such as ITAR and EAR.

-
Experience managing compliance documentation, audits, supplier assessments, or risk management activities.

-
Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

-
Ability to interpret complex requirements and effectively communicate expectations across internal and external partners.

What Will Put You Ahead

-
5+ years of experience supporting Aerospace & Defense procurement, supplier compliance, contracts, or government programs.

-
Experience with CMMC, DFARS 252.204 cybersecurity requirements, and supplier cybersecurity compliance programs.

-
Knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Federal Contract Information (FCI), and secure data handling requirements.

-
Experience supporting DCMA, DCAA, CPSR, CMMC, customer, or government audits.

-
Familiarity with Small Business Subcontracting Plans and related reporting requirements.

-
Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPCM, CFCM, CUSECO, ECoP, or similar credentials.

-
Experience within aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, interconnect, cable assembly, or machining industries.

-
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive compliance initiatives across a complex global organization.
