We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering outstanding service, and wants to grow their career in a world-class institution.
What you would be doing
As a key member of our recruitment team, you’ll be the engine behind a smooth and efficient hiring process. You’ll support hiring managers and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment processes through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Reviewing and refining job adverts to attract top talent
- Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers
- Conducting pre-employment checks and issuing contracts
- Responding to queries with professionalism and care
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR
- Representing Imperial’s employer brand with pride
- Supporting senior academic recruitment and promotions processes
What we are looking for
To be successful you need:
- Experience in a recruitment or HR support role
- A strong customer service mindset
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (TalentLink experience is a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Confidence in learning new systems and processes quickly
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in higher education is a bonus—but not essential

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until 31 July 2027
If appointed we work on a Hybrid basis with Monday and Wednesday being our primary anchor days.
