Job Summary
A Bail Bonds Agent works in a fast-paced office environment assisting clients with the bail process and helping secure the release of inmates from jail. This position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask during busy overnight hours.
Duties
- Answer and manage a very busy phone line professionally and efficiently
- Look up inmate information and provide jail status updates
- Process cash, credit card, and debit card payments accurately
- Prepare, organize, and file important documents and client files
- Post bonds and assist clients through the bonding process
- Review contracts, agreements, and important legal documents with clients
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Perform light cleaning and maintain an organized workspace
- Work overnight/graveyard shifts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Must pass a financial background check
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual is a plus
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
