Job Summary

Duties
- Safely load, unload, and transport office furniture, fixtures, and equipment to designated locations
- Assemble, disassemble, and install desks, chairs, filing cabinets, cubicles, and other office furnishings with precision
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate setup of workspace layouts
- Inspect items for damage or defects before installation and report issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during all phases of the move or installation process
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and address any concerns
- Use hand tools, power tools, and moving equipment efficiently to complete tasks efficiently
Skills
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure proper assembly and placement of furniture
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to follow safety procedures rigorously to prevent injuries during lifting or moving operations
- Basic knowledge of office furniture components and assembly techniques (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (nice-to-have)
- Prior experience in moving services or furniture installation is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 100.0 per week
