Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and fine-tune generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other machine learning tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement scalable big data systems utilizing Hadoop, Spark, and ETL processes to manage vast datasets efficiently.
- Design and optimize database schemas for SQL databases and NoSQL solutions to support AI model training and deployment.
- Apply statistical modeling, analysis tools like SAS and R, and machine learning techniques for research and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate AI models into cloud-based environments leveraging AWS machine learning cloud services for deployment at scale.
- Conduct model evaluation, statistical analysis for research, and performance tuning to ensure accuracy and robustness of AI solutions.
- Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques for language understanding tasks within generative AI applications.
- Support data mining efforts using Talend, Looker, or similar analytics platforms to extract insights that inform model improvements.
- Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency in model deployment while maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Experience
- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch in developing AI models.
- Strong background in big data systems including Hadoop, Spark implementation, and data analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS for deploying machine learning/AI-based analysis solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis tools such as SAS or R for research purposes.
- Knowledge of database design principles along with SQL/SQL databases management skills.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, and predictive modeling analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with data mining techniques using Talend or Looker to support analytics initiatives.
- Ability to work on model training, evaluation, deployment processes ensuring scalability and robustness in production environments.

Pay: $83,523.05 - $110,000.00 per year
