ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Solutions Manager to lead the design, customization, development, and implementation of a fully customized Odoo ERP system tailored to the Group’s Real Estate, Contracting, and Construction operations.
The role will own the ERP project from business requirements and system architecture through development, integration, testing, training, and go-live, ensuring the final solution is scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company’s operational needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation and customization project.
- Analyze business processes across Real Estate, Contracting, Construction, Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, CRM, and Operations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP solutions.
- Design and customize Odoo modules, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.
- Lead the development of custom Odoo modules and features based on business requirements.
- Manage Odoo integrations, APIs, web services, and third-party systems.
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of the solution.
- Manage source code, repositories, branching, and deployment workflows using Git/GitHub.
- Oversee database structure, data migration, data validation, and system configuration.
- Lead UAT, system testing, bug fixing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Establish ERP processes, documentation, user access controls, and system standards.
- Coordinate with department heads and key users to ensure the system reflects actual business requirements.
- Conduct user training and support change management across the organization.
- Monitor system performance and continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Manage external Odoo developers, vendors, or implementation partners when required.
- Maintain the ERP project roadmap, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure the solution is scalable to support the Group’s future growth and additional business units.
Technical Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo Framework.
- Experience with PostgreSQL / SQL databases.
- Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and Odoo Studio where applicable.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Strong experience with Git/GitHub and version control.
- Experience in Odoo module development, customization, and deployment.
- Understanding of ERP architecture, workflows, permissions, and data migration.
- Experience with Odoo is preferred.
- UAE experience and knowledge of local business practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in ERP solutions, implementation, or enterprise systems.

- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business process mapping.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently lead an ERP project from concept to successful implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Real Estate, Contracting, Construction, or multi-business groups is highly preferred.
