Role Description:
Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow
Preparation of tender documentation
Tendering process and tender evaluation
Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
Finalization of project final accounts
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Quantity Surveying
MHKIS / MRICS qualification is mandatory
Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in Cost Management and/or Quantity Surveying
Strong technical knowledge in measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts, and construction law
Good understanding of professional practice and contract administration processes
A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with others
Good command of Cantonese and English
