Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps & GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Python, cloud automation, CI/CD, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and automating cloud infrastructure, building deployment pipelines, and integrating GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Manage source code, repositories, branching strategies, and release processes.
- Develop automation scripts and utilities using Python.
- Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational processes.
- Implement and manage Azure cloud services and DevOps solutions.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure monitoring tools.
- Implement security, access controls, secrets management, and DevSecOps practices.
- Integrate Generative AI and LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and DevOps workflows.
- Develop Python-based solutions for interacting with LLMs, APIs, and AI services.
- Work with Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services to develop GenAI solutions.
- Build and support RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search solutions.
- Automate AI/ML deployment and operational workflows where required.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, application, and pipeline issues.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of cloud-based solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python.
- Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Git, YAML pipelines, and release management.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM).
- Understanding of containers and Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI APIs.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or similar GenAI platforms.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases/vector search, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and application integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar GenAI frameworks.
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Knowledge of MLflow, MLOps, and AI/ML deployment practices.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Key Vault.
- Experience with automated testing and quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Azure DevOps.
- Experience working on GenAI/LLM-based projects is highly preferred.
