Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the entire e-commerce ecosystem including influencer marketing, branding, website, and e-commerce strategy
- Build and execute business expansion strategies for domestic and international markets
- Develop integrated campaigns across performance marketing, social media, influencers, and content
- Manage marketplace and website performance, pricing, promotions, and visibility
- Own online revenue targets and P&L management with focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion optimization
- Build, lead, and manage the e-commerce and marketing team (20+ members across branding, influencer, content, SEO, marketplace, and website teams)
- Identify and develop new business partnerships and revenue opportunities in international markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and finance teams
- Establish data-driven decision making culture and continuously optimize high-performing initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Online Marketing / E-commerce Leadership Profile with P&L ownership and digital growth expertise
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 8+ years in E-commerce Digital Marketing or Growth roles
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have taken end-to-end ownership of an online business — strategy building, revenue growth, and P&L management.
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong experience managing websites and marketplaces (assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, content, conversion, sales growth).
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have hands-on experience across performance marketing, branding, social media, influencer, and content strategy.
- Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have a proven track record managing revenue targets and marketing budgets, with a strong grasp of ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion optimization, and retention.
- Mandatory (International): Must have international-market e-commerce experience (mandatory per client) — ideally GCC/Dubai, Australia, US, or Germany — alongside domestic expansion experience.
- Mandatory (Team Management): Must have experience building and leading high-performing e-commerce/marketing teams
- Mandatory (Skill): Must have a strong commercial mindset — balancing growth, brand building, and profitability — with an entrepreneurial, ownership-driven approach
- Mandatory (Note): Office-based role in Pune (NIBM), 6 days/week, 10 AM–7 PM; must be open to relocating to Pune.
- Preferred (Company): Candidates from a brand / product-based e-commerce (D2C) companies are preferred
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
