Tiger Sun Martial Arts is looking for passionate and dedicated Martial Arts Instructors who are eager to grow in their careers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and structured martial arts classes for students of all ages.
- Ensure a positive, safe, and disciplined learning environment.
- Provide feedback and monitor student progress through belt ranking and evaluation.
- Assist in planning and organizing belt testing and graduation ceremonies.
- Participate in marketing and community outreach events.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance training programs.
- Continuously improve teaching skills through our structured Instructor Development Program.

Work Schedule
- 5.5 days per week
- Working Hours:
- Morning: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Evening: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Qualifications
- Minimum 1st Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo or a related martial art.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Prior teaching experience preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive instructor training.
