Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards and service estimates.
- Explain required repairs, maintenance, and costs to customers.
- Coordinate with mechanics and workshop staff to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle repair progress and additional requirements.
- Conduct vehicle delivery checks and explain completed work to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow workshop procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and automotive workshop operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and professional manner.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines.
- UAE/GCC automotive workshop experience is must.
Salary: AED 1,800 – 2,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
