We are looking for an experienced Computer Vision Algorithms Engineer to own the models at the core of our smart occupancy sensing products. You will design, train, evaluate, optimize and deploy computer vision models for privacy preserving occupancy sensors. The role combines applied research with production engineering on resource constrained edge devices.
About:
You will become a part of a highly professional team working in the field of smart sensors and IoT for the futuristic public smart spaces. Technologies: Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, NumPy, edge AI inference toolchains and model quantization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain models for people detection, counting and tracking, combining deep learning with classical computer vision where appropriate;
- Build reproducible data, training, evaluation and model release pipelines;
- Define datasets, annotation requirements and evaluation protocols for real deployment conditions;
- Analyse field data and model failures to improve accuracy and product performance;
- Optimize and deploy models to edge devices within accuracy, latency, memory, compute and power constraints;
- Collaborate with embedded software, hardware, QA, product and Customer Success on integration, validation and issue investigation.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of industry experience in computer vision or deep learning, including object detection and tracking;
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++, PyTorch or TensorFlow, NumPy and OpenCV;
- Experience moving computer vision models from research into production;
- Experience optimizing neural networks for constrained edge hardware, including INT8 quantization and performance profiling;
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, dataset quality, overfitting, distribution shift and failure analysis;
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders;
- M.Sc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with specialization in computer vision;
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with YOLO models and model conversion tools such as ONNX or TensorFlow Lite;
- Experience with embedded Linux, camera pipelines, real time systems or NPU and DSP toolchains;
- Experience with low resolution or wide-angle imagery, people counting or occupancy analytics;
- Experience with MLOps;
- Experience AI assisted development.
We offer:
Growth: Udemy corporate access, corporate English program, and educational meetups from partners.
Health: Medical insurance, psychological support, and fitness discounts.
Comfort: 100% paid vacation days and sick leaves and power-independent offices (Generators/Starlink).
Beyond Work: Free legal advice, referral bonuses, and loyalty program.
