Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Warehouse Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Seeking an individual looking for a few extra hours of work each week with a felxible sceudle. The idividual will be tasked with emptying trash bins into an exterior dumpster, sweeping debris and mopping when necessary.
individual should be able to lift at least 40lbs. by themselves. Must be reliable and submit to a background check prior to hiring.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of warehouse floors, including sweeping, mopping.
- Maintain cleanliness of all warehouse areas, including storage zones and loading docks
- Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting surfaces, emptying trash receptacles, and disinfecting high-touch areas to promote a healthy environment.
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting or manual handling activities to prevent injuries and ensure safe lifting practices.
- Support overall facilities maintenance by reporting any hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly to management.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within commercial or warehouse settings.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices consistently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Basic facilities maintenance skills, including minor repairs or residential painting experience is a plus.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 6.0 per week
