Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience in finance? We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to support our Operational Finance and Risk Management team with day-to-day payment processing and reconciliation tasks.
As part of our commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment, this role requires working fully on-site.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Handle the processing of various types of payments

Ensure precise and timely booking of all payments issued

Organize payment runs
-
Reconcile bank accounts in various currencies on a weekly basis

Support the Financial Accountant in daily tasks

Interact professionally with various internal and external stakeholders

Prepare ad-hoc reports for the Finance Operations Manager
You will communicate primarily in English, our corporate language.
Requirements

Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution

Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1); German (C1) is also required

Technical Skills: Confident use of MS Office and digital tools for document management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Keen attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
