Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Promote retail products, financial services, and retail lending options to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit card payments, and managing the cash drawer
- Conduct data entry for customer accounts, loan processing, and transaction records with precision
- Support loan collections efforts by following up with customers on overdue payments in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of retail math principles to ensure accurate cash handling and balancing at shift end
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or retail store experience preferred; strong customer service skills are essential
- Basic math skills, including retail math and cash management, are required for accurate transactions
- Experience with banking or financial services is a plus; familiarity with financial software is advantageous
- Ability to perform data entry efficiently using 10 key typing skills and process cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members
- Comfortable handling cash drawer operations, cashiering duties, and processing cash transactions
- Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it during customer interactions

Pay: $2,370,000.00 - $2,864,000.00 per year
