Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment in our Mixing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility, including forklifts when necessary.
- Participate in assembly line processes, contributing to the efficient flow of production.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials in the warehouse as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Skills
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is a plus.
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively on an assembly line while maintaining productivity standards.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
