TreBella Aesthetics is a growing medical aesthetics practice in Meridian, Idaho focused on exceptional patient experiences, high-quality aesthetic treatments, and a team culture built around professionalism, accountability, and growth.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Medical Spa Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the practice and help lead TreBella into its next stage.
This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone who has successfully managed a medical spa, aesthetics clinic, plastic surgery practice, dermatology practice, or similar cash-pay healthcare environment and understands what it takes to operate a high-performing practice.
The Role
The Medical Spa Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day performance of TreBella, including team leadership, patient experience, scheduling and front-office operations, sales performance, inventory, systems, reporting, and execution of company initiatives.
The right person will be highly organized, comfortable holding people accountable, confident working with providers and ownership, and equally comfortable reviewing numbers one minute and solving a patient or operational issue the next.
This position reports directly to ownership and serves as the primary operational leader of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the medical spa and ensure the practice runs efficiently and professionally
- Manage, coach, and hold team members accountable to clearly defined expectations and performance standards
- Lead regular team meetings, staff communication, and operational follow-through
- Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, provider utilization, and patient flow
- Maintain an exceptional patient experience from initial inquiry through treatment and follow-up
- Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, bookings, rebooking, utilization, memberships, retail sales, retention, and provider performance
- Help establish and achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, rebooking, memberships, packages, retail sales, and patient retention
- Oversee front-desk processes, phone/text communication, lead follow-up, and scheduling standards
- Manage inventory levels, product ordering, treatment supplies, and inventory controls
- Ensure operational policies, SOPs, opening/closing procedures, and internal systems are consistently followed
- Work closely with clinical leadership and the Medical Director to support appropriate clinical processes and compliance
- Coordinate onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing staff development
- Manage relationships with vendors and outside partners
- Maintain accurate operational reporting and provide ownership with clear visibility into practice performance
- Identify problems quickly, develop solutions, and take ownership of execution
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, events, and patient-growth strategies
- Help build a culture of accountability, teamwork, hospitality, and continuous improvement
