Job Description
Provides accurate and timely execution of employee data transactions and case management activities within Core HCM and supporting systems. Maintains employee records, ensures transaction accuracy, and supports various HR partners through routine administration processes. Contributes to data quality by following established procedures, service level expectations, and audit controls.
Core HCM Transaction Processing
Process routine employee lifecycle transactions including hires, terminations, job changes, promotions, start date changes, compensation changes, leave transactions, transfers, and organizational assignments.
Ensures transactions are entered timely and accurately following documented procedures.
Case Management And Customer Support
Manage assigned cases. Respond to requests for employee data administration support. Escalate issues outside established procedures.
Data Validation And Quality Control
Validate incoming requests for completeness and accuracy.
Review transactions for policy compliance and proper workflow routing. Support correction of data discrepancies.
Records Management And Compliance
Maintain employee records in accordance with organizational policies and retention requirements. Support audit and compliance requests.
Documentation And Continuous Improvement
Follow standard operating procedures and job aids.
Recommend documentation updates when process changes are identified.
Testing Support
Participate in testing activities for Core HCM releases, defects, enhancements, and business process changes.
Minimum
Qualification, Skill And/ Or Competency Requirements
1-3 years HR, shared services, administrative, or data administration experience.
Workday Core HCM Experience Preferred.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Pay Range
$24.95 - $36.15

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
