Job Description

Senior Data Operations Analyst executes the production activities of the assigned country in collaboration with the other operational teams, mainly in handling data extraction, BAU. The processes include validating the retailers or/and audit data, monitoring data completeness, resolution of data issues. Delivery of a high-quality product content for the assigned country on a platform.

Accountable for executing, process and technology with a goal of delivering high quality and on-time data according to internal SLAs

Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, following SOP and use of best demonstrated practices cooperating with Ops team

Execute new business set-ups, change requests and query resolution.

Perform data content reviews and processing on retailer data utilizing the appropriate platform and tools.

Follow and monitor production submission

Create and maintain documentation per retailer/cycle

Be able to identify, investigate and co-ordinate data inquiries, challenge and resolution with local teams.

Identify problems; determine root cause as well as short- and long-term resolutions. Make recommendations for enhancements to internal NIQ operational processes.

Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet company schedules.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader or supervisor.

Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment with End-to-end operational understanding.

Support local country or regional projects.

Expanding skills by attending training sessions working with Enablement and following on-line training program.

Being up to date with the system and processes related to the assigned area

Assisting the Supervisor or Team Leader as required

Qualifications

Good understanding of end-to-end production process

-
Good knowledge and fully independent in resolving queries.

Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details

Problem solving skills.

Good understanding of the local market

Proactivity attitude in recommending suitable solutions

Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together

Time management skills

-
At least 1.5 year experience in NIQ operations
