We are looking for a high-energy Business Analyst / Project Lead Intern to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams by capturing business requirements while actively leading delivery workflows and coordinating project milestones.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Requirements & Analysis: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand, translate, and document business requirements effectively.
- AI-Assisted Workflow Execution: Utilize Claude AI for rapid documentation, requirements analysis, drafting stakeholder updates, and streamlining project delivery processes.
- Project & Team Leadership: Take ownership of delivery milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA), and provide guidance and support on core business objectives.
- Stakeholder & Client Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact, regularly communicating project progress, managing expectations, and representing client interests to internal teams.
- Change & Scope Management: Manage requirement changes efficiently, analyze their impact, and keep project scope aligned.
- Task & Process Execution: Apply Agile/Scrum principles to track project health, mitigate risks, and manage multiple concurrent tasks or projects.
Skills and Competencies
- Pursuing or completed a Degree/Undergraduate qualification in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- Strong understanding of AI Prompting Skills: Demonstrated ability to craft clear, effective prompts using Claude AI (or similar LLMs) for documentation, problem-solving, and workflow acceleration.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- High organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.
