Job Description:
We are looking for a Manager – Customer Care to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patient handling experience, and the ability to manage customer care operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the customer care/front office team
- Guide and counsel patients regarding consultation, treatment, and payment-related details
- Follow up with patients for appointments, treatment progress, and feedback
- Ensure smooth day-to-day customer care and front office operations
- Handle patient queries and provide high-quality service
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless patient support
- Monitor team performance and ensure service standards are maintained
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive in the healthcare industry
- Experience in patient handling and customer service preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred
Job Details:
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
- Duty Timing: 9 hours (including lunch break)
