Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional who can confidently communicate with brands and founders, understand their branding requirements, and convert them into long-term clients for personal branding, company branding, and Podcast IP development.
This role requires strong communication skills, industry understanding, and a conversion-focused mindset.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in marketing, video production, podcast agency, influencer marketing, creators economy or branding industry.
- Experience in handling brand communication or client conversations
- Proven involvement in lead conversion or client acquisition
Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of personal branding strategies
- Knowledge of the podcast and video content industry
- Basic understanding of brand positioning and awareness campaigns
- Awareness of how Podcast IPs help brands grow authority and visibility
- Understanding of client psychology and conversion funnel
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident pitching and negotiation ability
- Ability to approach founders and brands professionally
- Good research skills to identify potential clients
- Follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Result-oriented mindset (conversion matters)
- Professional presentation and client-handling ability
