· Installing, configuring, and repairing computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
· Providing accurate information and step by step training for users to work with new computer hardware or software efficiently and correctly.
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, especially documenting changes, revisions, and problems.
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests and communicating effectively and properly to diagnose and resolve problems.
· Providing technical support across the company, including preventive maintenance PC and peripherals.
· Make data easily accessible to those who need it.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
