Treasury Operations Analyst

Purpose of the role:
We're looking for a Treasury Operations Analyst who enjoys taking ownership, asking questions, and finding answers. This is not a role for someone who is happy to simply follow established processes all day. Instead, we're looking for a curious, proactive, and ambitious professional who wants to understand how things work, identify improvements, and actively contribute to the development of our global treasury operations.
Your responsibilites:
- Execute and coordinate treasury-related payments and settlements while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Support the administration of bank accounts, KYC processes, bank guarantees, and banking relationships
- Coordinate intercompany treasury activities, including netting and loan administration
- Manage and maintain treasury systems, e-banking platforms, user access rights, and related controls
- Manage the monthly ABL borrowing base reporting process, including calculation, review, and submission
- Manage bi-monthly financing program reporting
- Support external audit activities
- Administer the corporate card program and act as a point of contact for related queries
- Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and drive effective resolutions
- Support treasury transformation and process improvement initiatives, including ongoing ISO 20022 implementation for payment compliance
- Partner closely with the Treasury Operations Manager, providing operational support and contributing to the continuous development of treasury processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations

This role will suit you if you have the following:
- Experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a similar field
- Strong ownership mentality and willingness to dig deeper to understand and resolve issues
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with various stakeholders
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn beyond day-to-day operational activities
- Process improvement mindset with a proactive and innovative approach
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
