Role: Engineering Manager – Pega Platform & Application Support
Experience: 12–18+ years overall, with 5+ years in Pega leadership/support
Key Responsibilities
● Lead Pega engineering and L2/L3 platform support teams.
● Own production stability, availability, performance and SLA adherence.
● Manage major incidents, technical escalations, RCA and problem management.
● Provide technical leadership for Pega Platform, application integrations, deployments and upgrades.
● Drive automation, operational excellence and reduction in recurring incidents/MTTR.
● Partner with architecture, DevOps, cloud, infrastructure and business teams.
● Mentor engineers and build a high-performing technical support organization.
Required Skills
● Strong Pega Platform/PRPC experience.
● Pega production and platform support experience.
● Pega application architecture and troubleshooting.
● L2/L3 support and ITIL processes.
● SQL, APIs/integrations and performance troubleshooting.
● CI/CD, cloud and deployment experience is preferred.
● Strong stakeholder management and people-leadership skills.
● Pega CSA/CSSA certification preferred.
Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
