- All work on the company brochure is paused with immediate effect.
- Brochure and other media-related activities will be handled by an external agency.
- Heet (Ahmedabad office) will coordinate with the agency and provide required company data.

- Being CC'd for information does not automatically require action.
- She should read emails fully and act only where a task is specifically assigned to her.
- Unclear instructions must be clarified with deputy manager before proceeding.
3. Meetings and MOM Protocol
For meetings the Reporting Manager can't attend:
- Meeting continues; agenda discussed with relevant team members where practical.
- A proper MOM must be prepared and emailed to the Reporting Manager after the meeting.
- MOM must record matters discussed, decisions taken, responsibilities assigned, and timelines — for same-day approval/reverts.
- Decisions/approvals needed from the Reporting Manager must be listed separately, numbered, and highlighted in green.
- Email must clearly state what's required from the Reporting Manager — not just forward the discussion.
- Nothing is treated as approved unless expressly confirmed by the Reporting Manager in writing via email.
4. Communication Protocol
- Bhavnagar operational/admin matters first discussed internally with Keyur.
- If Reporting Manager's clarification is needed, Keyur and the concerned person join the same call.
- Issue and required decision explained briefly and clearly on the call.
- Matters tied directly to Piyusha's own responsibilities may be raised by her directly in writing.
- Keyur stays included wherever Bhavnagar team, internal hierarchy, commercial coordination, or operational execution is involved.
- WhatsApp for quick coordination only; formal instructions, approvals, MOMs, and decisions recorded by email.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
