Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Cluster Head to lead all wealth management activities within assigned territories. In this role, you will drive revenue and market share goals, build the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand, and deliver exceptional service to High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra-HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Address investment requirements for HNI/Ultra HNI clients through an exclusive product portfolio. Tailor financial products to customer profiles and collaborate with Relationship Managers to execute portfolio strategies.
- Market Research & Portfolio Performance: Conduct thorough research on investment products, economic trends, and markets to optimize portfolios. Guide Relationship Managers in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Financial Planning & Business Targets: Develop personalized financial plans considering risk tolerance and goals. Set and achieve cluster-level revenue, Assets Under Management (AUM), and client acquisition targets.
- Leadership & Brand Building: Own and establish the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand across your area. Recruit, mentor, and manage team performance to optimize overall revenue while co-owning key client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 8–12 years of core Wealth Management experience (broking background will not be considered).
- Job Stability: Combined tenure in your last two roles must not be less than 5 years.
- Preferred Background: Candidates from top-tier wealth outfits (e.g., Motilal Oswal, Anand Rathi, Nuvama, IIFL, JM Financial) or Private Banking divisions (e.g., HDFC PBG, Axis Burgundy, Kotak Privy, SBI Wealth, ICICI Wealth).
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
