Join our retail team as a Retail Sales & Promotions Representative, where you’ll connect directly with customers, introduce products and current promotions, and help create a positive in-store experience.
This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing position focused on retail sales, product promotion, and customer service. You’ll receive paid training to learn about our products, promotions, and sales process so you’re prepared to assist customers confidently.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Present products, services, and current promotional offers
- Explain product features and benefits and answer customer questions
- Help customers understand available options and make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Participate in in-store sales and promotional activities
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of current products and promotions
- Represent the company and its products professionally in the retail environment
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
- Positive and professional attitude
- Dependable, coachable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work in person in a retail environment
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or promotional experience is helpful, but not required
