Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments
- Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to guarantee satisfaction
- Coordinate with human resources to support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee safety protocols, security procedures, and compliance with health regulations to maintain a secure environment
- Manage operational issues that arise during shifts, making quick decisions to resolve problems effectively
- Support the front of house team in delivering outstanding guest services while maintaining high standards of professionalism
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or Leisure industry
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared goals
- Excellent guest service skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff management and development
- Previous Leisure experience is highly desirable to understand industry standards and operations
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise seamlessly between departments and guests

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
