Requirements
Active Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license.
Active Illinois Life and Health insurance license.
Prior experience managing insurance sales cycles or customer accounts.
Strong comfort level with computers and insurance-related software.
Clean background check and valid driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Meet with potential clients to discuss their coverage needs and identify gaps in their current protection.
Create and present personalized insurance quotes that accurately reflect client goals.
Manage an active pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-up to provide timely service.
Foster lasting relationships by checking in regularly with current policyholders to ensure their needs remain met.
Maintain accurate records of every conversation and transaction within our agency database.
Participate in local community activities to build awareness and share the value of the protection we provide.
